User not valid

Hi,

I have an alert in System Monitoring, Self-Diagnosis, Managed System for 3 systems :

Details of the Alert in the managed system:

MESSAGE

User SM_ADMIN_<SID> is not valid :

ALERT

Managed systems setup

SUBALERT

Checks user input in managed system configuration

ACTION

Please check user validity

CONTEXT

SYSTEM : PC1~ABAP

This is the same alert message for my Solution Manager, with the user SOLMAN_ADMIN.

I don't have any idea to solve this. I've searched but find nothing about this alert.

hi,

make sure solman_admin user exist  in your solman system and in the client you done solman_setup?

if yes, make sure the user not locked, and the Validation of the user , should be till year 31.12 .9999.

Check by Tcode SU01-> user solman_admin -> goto tab Logon data-> In the block validity period.

And other case, what is your solman SP level, because earlier releases has issue with this admin users, refer note 1719337

Thanks for the help.

The validity of the user was set to 31.12.2999. I set it to 31.12.9999 and it solve my problem.
