Error in establishing Trusted relationship in SMT1

Dear All,

I have problem with Trusted RFC failing with RC=1 . I tried to check the calling and called system entries in the SMT1 transaction. Here comes the conflict.

My satillite System SID under ABAP systems is already maintained with different RFC and called system, And i cannot create it again. In my case their are TWO landscapes with same SID. How to over come this. How to define a two(ABAP systems)  trusted relationship in the SOLMAN with same SID's ?

Hi,

You cannot define RFC's in solman for 2 different system but with same SID.

Thanks for the quick replay. Is their any alternative ? This is my requirement .Any standared SAP document saying this. Their should be some workaround.

Hi,

There are lot of limitations using same SID for 2 different systems. There are some SAP notes for problems having same SID of 2 different systems like SAP note 1358071 and 1257308 (Point 5) etc.
