Hi Experts ,

                          we have pi server on client side(on other network). Can i access PI server using router string ?  If yes can i access IR,ID with router string?

is only possible to access pi server using VPN connection ?

No, you can't. The saprouter can only be used for the SAPGUI protocol.

In your case it would be best to setup a saprouter for the SAPGUI connection and a webdispatcher for the IB and ID connections.

Bear min mind that these tools make use of the P4 protocol, which is by default blocked in the proxy. So you have to configure either P4 over http(s) or make sure that the proxy allows P4 traffic.

hi Deepak,

you can acess SAP GUI of your PI server using router string.check with your basis colleague for the configuration in your logon pad.For access to IR and ID is allowed provided if ports are opened in client side firewall.
