Hi,

I have created a sampling procedure with sampling type 100% inspection and valuation mode attributive inspection non confirming units. I have created a purchase order of 50 nos and in quality plan for this characteristic i have assigned the same sampling procedure. Out of 50 units i rejected 5 units and when i click the valuate icon is results recording the system is giving the valuation as rejected. From which it is telling that the valuation is rejected.

Regards

Badri

Adding to my above answer :

rejection in RR is against MIC not against the qty of material you receive ( in your case you are saying you rejected 5 out of 50 ) . Rejection of qty is done in UD not in RR .

if the results are out of the specifications then it will reject.

You can define specifications in plan or in MIC itslef . In RR there will be a column specifications . On the basis of these and the coressponding result entered , it will accept or reject
