Issue in Access Risk Analysis AC 10

Dear Experts,

I have configured Access risk analysis and when I run the user level risk analysis in Access Management I get no results for the user but when I copy the user to a test id and run the repository synch job(Full Mode ) the report gives me the risk analysis results for the test id. This is happening for many users in the system.

Can you please help me with the issue.

Are you executing report on same ruleset. One screen shot shows global and the other one has ruleset 1. Also, on report selection was there an option to exclude mitigated risk?

Dear Colleen,

Yes both the test results are for the same rule set. Are you referring to Result set 1 screenshot?

There is an option to include Mitigation risk but I have not mitigated any risk till now.
