Boa tarde pessoal.
Estou com um problema em um cliente. Eles estão com um novo servidor de SMTP, que tem instalado o Microsoft Exchange 2010, e eu já tentei configurar o CC do Cenário do NTB2B de algumas maneiras mas nenhuma delas funcionou:
smtp://<server>
Com autenticação
Resultado: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: java.io.IOException: server does not support PLAIN or LOGIN authentication
smtps://<server>
Com autenticação
Resultado: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: java.io.IOException: unable to create a socket
smtps://<server>
Sem autenticação
Resultado: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: java.io.IOException: unable to create a socket
smtps://<server>:<port>
Com autenticação
Resultado: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: iaik.security.ssl.SSLException: Invalid SSL message, peer seems to be talking plain
Sem autenticação
Resultado: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: iaik.security.ssl.SSLException: Invalid SSL message, peer seems to be talking plain
Todas as tentativas foram feitas com o tipo de autenticação Plain, mas tentei com o CRAM-MD5 e ainda assim não foi.
O servidor antigo estava com a seguinte configuração e estava funcionando sem problemas:
smtp://<server>
Autenticação: Plain
Alguma ideia do que eu possa fazer?

Tive este mesmo problema mas era uma configuração no servidor exchange.
Quando o time de infra acertou alguns parametros, não foi preciso alterar nada no meu channel.

Posicionei o cliente para ele verificar com os responsáveis pelo Exchange e, assim que eu tiver um retorno, informo vocês.

Pelas mensagens de erro parece que o tipo de Login AUTH LOGIN não está configurado no Exchange Server.
Normalmente é utilizado o login do tipo MAPI para Microsoft Exchage, entretanto o SAP PI só suporta os tipos PLAIN ou CRAM-MD5.
Sugiro verificar com o Administrador do Exchange para que habilite o AUTH LOGIN para acesso via Servidor do SAP PI.
Caso queira fazer um teste de dentro do Servidor do PI, tente os seguintes comandos:
TELNET [mail server IP or Host] 25
EHLO
AUTH LOGIN
e veja qual mensagem o Server retorna, caso realmente esteja desabilitado será exibida a mensagem abaixo:
"504 5.7.4 Unrecognized authentication type"
