changing the printer output tray in sap

could anybody advise me, how to manage the printer output tray in sap.

I defined two printers on the print server.On windows (print server) I'am able to choose

between tray_1 and tray_2 without any problems.

Printing from SAP all print outs lands on tray_1. I'am unable to pirnt anything on

output tray tray_2 .

It is a Kyocera printer Taskalfa4550.

Hi shatti,

Instead of this being a problem, i think this is more of default behaviour of the printer as normally printer logic goes sequentially to each tray. What you can do is empty tray 1 and then try printing. Even then , if printer dont take paper from tray 2, then you can tell.
