SC not appearing in sourcing cockpit

We created a new product category and the same replicated to SRM. We assigned GL accounts to product category also. But we did not assign sourcing to product category.

User created shopping cart which was approved and did not appear in sourcing cockpit. When we checked and assigned the sourcing to product category, found no impact.

It's mentioned in the documentation that after approval of shopping cart, assigning source to product category has no impact on approved shopping cart.

Is there a way we can push these shopping carts to sourcing cockpit?

Hi,

What is the follow on document status? Ideally it should show in purchasers work list / follow on document created.

If it still shows approved only, then go and check the field SOURCE_REL_IND (table: BBP_PDIGP) via BP_PD SC item details.

If the filed is not flagged with 'X', then you need to flag it via table level changes, so that SC will be pushed to sourcing cockpit for further process.
