Hey can anyone tell me what is difference between service desk and incident management in sap solution manager?

In my humble opinion.... these are exactly the same.
Just a different name for the same thing.

Hi Mangesh,
Service desk and incident management is one and the same, In solman 4.0 it was called as service desk and from solman 7.1 it is called as AIM (Application incident management)
