Netweaver/Solution Manager

Hi

Im purchasing SAP Netweaver 7.0 with a developer licence for Partners.

Would Solution Manager be included in the software bundle or does it have to be purchased separately.

NB. Ive tried to get this answer from SAP sales but the feedback is very slow.

Solution Manager has always been a free product, use to be optional and now its mandatory to run parallel to your SAP system.

Interesting.  I have read SAP Notes where SAP indicate that Solution Manager needs to be purchased for the varying licence types.

To the other question is it be bundled with the Netweaver software.

The best I think is to talk to your SAP Account Manager regarding this.
