''Shop on behalf' functionality doesn't work

Hello,

I am facing a problem with 'Shop on behalf' functionality.

Using transaction BBPSC02 , I create a SC from 'describe requirement', i enter a user name in Goods Recipient.

But the user entered in field Goods Recipient can not retrieve the PO created from the SC in transaction BBPCF02.

Is there an additional customizing to allow 'shop on behalf' functionality?

Hi,

In the confirmation screen, you have to go to extended search then select in the "role" section the "goods/services delivered to me".

Does it work ?

Seems to be a SAP Basis Issue.

Please attach the standard roles to the EBP user.

SAP_EC_BBP_ADMINISTRATOR

SAP_BBP_STAL_ADMINISTRATOR

Does the user entered in field Goods Recipient , has the role CONFIRM_CENTRALLY?

Hi Dinesh,

The role for central confirmation is not needed because the user is in the same Organizational unit as the requestor.
