Dear All,
We had a issue where when we change the Ship-to-party(SH), Change in S.O header not updating in the Item level
When we trying to replicate the same is not possible again, It is working fine
This cause several issues for the transportation team by sending to wrong "SH"
how to over come this which is not repproducable scenario...

Which please check which partner determination procedure you are using for Sales order header and item level.
Dhilipan is right. If a a partner is for a specific item then tcik is activated and you have to change that item partner manually.
Honestly speaking I am still not clear what is your exact requirement. How you want system to behave when you change header ship to party?

More information added: When we check the item level partners the field ITEM PARTNER tick mark is get activated and unable to remove the tick because of this we cant change the item partner from header level
we dont know from where it is getting activated this check and we try all cases when we try to replicate the same.
Kindly helps us from where there check box is getting activated at item level..

Hi,
Make sure that you have ticked Business item in the item category TAN or your customized item category.If the same is already ticked then debug and check wether any influence User exit for the same
