Email & Activity issue

Hi All

An Email was received for an Employee 'xxxx'.. HRSC agent was trying to look for old activity history created against this employee to see if this new email relates to one of the activity that was open.. The email attached itself to old activity without HRSC saving this activity.. This should not happen automatically just by looking into the old activities of an employee..

I would like to know the possiblity of deleting attached email from the activity as well.

Within the EIC agent Inbox, the users will have an option to either process the email into a new activity (or attach to existing activity) which it appears that you user did.

Hi Jarret,

Thanks for your update. In that case  email should attached to old activity or turn into new ativity but both did not happen and when we look into WF/backend email it saying logically deleted

And user did not press the save button also.
