Certificate of analysis

Dear Experts,

We are a food manufacturing industry, looking forward to Use Certificate of analysis in QM can someone explain me how to create the certificate profile and sequential steps to do it.. is it required any programming skills kindly help me as i have limited SAP experience in QM.
