sales order and tax code

hi,

in purchase order, we can define tax code.

may i know in sales order, if there is any where that we can define the tax code?

can have simple example.

Hi Ban,

No,you can not define tax code at Sales order. For SD it is automatically determined by the system as per your Tax Pricing procedure and Tax Condition types settings.

hi,

I got the error message saying that

"entry of tax for .... is not possible because of tax base 0" during vf01.

why it says tax base 0? that is why am asking if sales order has tax code.

Hi,

Normally if you get the message tax base is 0 then it means there is no base price condition and system is not able to calculate the tax value. If you maintain the base price condition with a value other than zero this error should go off. However as Narendra mentioned please post the screenshot for a better understanding
