Solution Manager Upgrade: Table Activation Error

Hi,

During Solution Manager upgrade from EHP1 Solman 7.0 to Solman 7.1 SP6 we encounter below error in Phase Preprocessing (ABAP phase : MAIN_SHDRUN/ACT_UPG)

1EEDO519X"Table" "/LICMAN/MS_CUST" could not be activated
1EEDO519 "Table" "/LICMAN/MS_CUSTOMIZING_DATA" could not be activated
1EEDO519 "Table" "/LICMAN/MS_CUST" could not be activated
1EEDO519 "Table" "/LICMAN/MS_CUSTOMIZING_DATA" could not be activated
1 ETP111 exit code           : "8"

So we tried to activate this table /LICMAN/MS_CUST in shadow instance manually, however faced below error :

TABL /LICMAN/MS_CUST was not activated
Warning - Enhancement category for table missing
Warning - Enhancement category for include or subtype missing
Error - Field CHECK_GROUP  : Component type or domain used not active or does not exist
Error - Nametab for table /LICMAN/MS_CUST cannot be generated

Is there any way to fix this ? Can this be ignored ?

I understand that we can skip and proceed;

But just want to know that we are unable to activate the tables should not cause any issues in furture for solution manager system after upgrade.
