Actually we need to demonstrate ticket management functionality. Generate ticket (through confirmation of services/productsprovided) for the work performed including the labor used, material and equipment used. Also for the transportation of the materials/equipments tickets at delivery with labor, miles, quantity etc. I dont know whether all these processes can be addressed in PS itself? Or some other modules needs intervention to map this.

you are right ,through service activity in project systems, we can map the hour of service provided by labour , equipment. we can also attach the material component to the service activity.
