We are in process of installing IT Infrastructure Management on a Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise SR1, with MSSQL 2008 SR1.
We have performed installation of Solution Manager 7.1 on the same server, and it is working as expected.
We are Referring the 1.0 Version of the IT Infrastructure Management Document. During the Business Srvice Manager – Network Manager and the Service Desk missing from the Features that are required to have in the ITIM.
