How to make master data be sent outside in realtime

Hello expert,

In our current system, we sent vendor master data to external system by SAP PI twice per day.

We use change point and IDOC in PI.

I am a beginner in PI.

Our user want the vendor data can be sent out in real time,which means whenever the vendor was created or changed,

the information should be sent simultaneous.

So,dose this requirement can be fulfilled?

What technology should I use?

Hi,

Reduce the time interval of the job which generates the IDoc's from change pointers..

i.e program which has been scheduled can be changed to run every 5 mins or less than that as per your need...

yes, but I think we use change point for other master data.If we change the job interval,other master data will be impacted.

I am wondering how to define a JOB to only extract data in change pointer for 'vendor.'

hi,

you can schedule the job with the variant vendor  ..so that other master data will not be impacted..

it will be better if you can schedule the job with varaints so that you can adjust the job run as per your need...

i.e schedule the job for each master data separately..
