We are currently upgrading our QA environment from SAP BW 7.3 SP4 to sP8. We are running in a dual stack setup with HP-UX running on Oracle.

Solved:

We have stopped SAP and kill the previous process and cleared memory and restored some previous profiles and started the sap

can you tell me the what process 's we need to kill while facing above issue?
