Function of AQL and Inspection Severity

Hi,

  How does the AQL and inspection severity will help in determining the lot size and results recording. I have created a sampling scheme sh1 with inspection severity tightened inspection and AQL value of 5 and sampling procedure with sampling type using sampling scheme and valuation mode attributive inspection non confirm units. i have a lot size of 1000 the system is telling to inspect 100 units but the space available to enter the results it is only displaying for 13 units why it is like that. Please refer the attached screenshot.

Hi,

   Its not releated to AQL and severity, Please double click on results space while RR you will get 100 sample entries.

If required entries are not showing,it may be due to you have selected smaller scope in control indicator of MIC.

Temperory solution:

Go to QP02 and enter the material and go to operation select MIC and go to control indiator select the fixed scope option in secend tap.

Premint solution:

Go to QS22 and enter the MIC and go to control indiator select the fixed scope option in secend tap.
