willy Introscope error in solman_setup

Dear Experts,

I have installed willy 9.0.1 version in muy solution manager it has installed as /usr/sap/ccms/apmintroscope/

But when i added it is showing as wrong enterprise manager defintion...

I tried to remove but it shows like

This enterprise manager is used by techical system KRD-ABAP KRD-DATABASE. Reconfigure

My diagonist agent is available in /usr/sap/DAA/SMDA97/SMDAgent

Pls fiond the below screen shots for you reference....

If i check in  CA Wily Enterprise Managers Administration  it doesnot showing any agent and start and stop button are hidded...

I clicked on add existing installation it shows as green

, EM installation (/usr/sap/ccms/apmintroscope) added, now fill the passwords of EM users found.

But if i refresh nothing is appearing...

I restarted agents but not helped me out...

What i want to do now to cross this step....

It would be much better to get error message. From your screenshot it looks it doesnt try to connect (icon is grey). Then if you can provide log file /usr/sap/ccms/apmintroscope/logs/IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.log where usually every problem is recorded. Because if I understood well you are doing regular installation of SOLMAN 7.1. so if you passed successfully in system preparation step 6.3 Connect Diagnostics Agent then you dont have to care about it in step of wily introscope installation.

Did you stop EM around 6:15 or it was shutdown unexpectly? If stop was done by you and only problem is agent, please make chmod -R  775 /usr/sap/ccms/apmintroscope to allow diagnostic agent write into EM files (if you installed it under SIDadm of your solman) and stop/start diagnostic agent.

Did you already got some error message in step 3.1? Or icon is still grey?

I made shutdown at 6:15 ...

I given permission chmod -R  775 /usr/sap/ccms/apmintroscope....

I didnt found any error on step 3.1...

User management is invisible after edit also......in step 3.1....

It is showing Installed on Fri Feb 01 15:30:23 IST 2013 . Installation failed...

I given wrong path /usr/sap/ccms/willyintrocope insted of /usr/sap/ccms/apmintroscope....

I tried to import exising installation /usr/sap/ccms/apmintroscope

But i got error

Status of retrieval of existing installation: Path not found (path /usr/sap/ccms/apmintroscope, agent solman.ksidc.org_DAA_SMDA97)
The path /usr/sap/ccms/apmintroscope/sap doesnt exist....

The icon is gray color......

wrong enterprise manager.....

What i have to next to run smoothly....

It looks you didnt download everything, you should install SAP management modules as well (SAP note 1579474). You need following files for whole installation:

ca-eula.ja.txt    

installer.properties

osgiPackages.v2.1.4.unix.tar

WILYISMM10P_2-10010973.SAR - This look missing for you if you dont have sap directory in apmintroscope.

ca-eula.txt

introscope9.1.0.2linuxAMD64SAP.bin

version.txt

ca-eula.zh_CN.txt

introscope9.1.0.2otherUnixSAP.jar

WILYISEM10P_2-10010974.SAR

eula.txt

WILYISEM10P_2-20007494.SAR

So please download bold file and decompress it to apmintroscope directory and after that again run chmod.

Already i downloaded that i unassigned diagonists agent and installed correctly now it works fine.....

now in manged system configuration step 8 automatic configuration

i am facing a error in

All are green except

Generate system level matrices....

In this it is showing the old path how to update EM s to new path.....

/usr/sap/ccms/willyintroscope to /usr/sap/ccms/apmintroscope/willyintroscope

It says that batch job created but after a long time tit is not update still...

What to do next....

What do  you have in basic confuguration tab in point 3.1 at bottom in detail section  for path field? There is correct path or old?

I think for this warning only it cant able to create and i cant remove the old enrty from step 3.1....

Content synchronization from SLD to LMDB is not finished (progress 90%) for long time......

Where can i check this

I completed all and now working fine wat are the jobs should be scheduled in SOLMAN...

And now only LMDA job alone running.....

Can u explain more details what are the jobs should be scheduleded for SOLMAN..

What is your Solution Manager version and SP level? If you are running anything that is older than 7.1 SP04, you will have to use EM8. EM9 support comes with SP04.

As you said i checked the note but in my situation the error states that

Installation failed in my status and as per the document i check the connection it states that connection is ok.......

I checked in basic configuration step 3.1 still it is status of wrong enterprise management definition .... color as gray....

Error log displays as

Unexpected error occurs in task execution. (detail: com.sap.smd.agent.wily.emsetup.exception.SetupTaskActionException: Cannot find introscope*SAPExpertCenter binary file in folder /usr/sap/DAA/SMDA97/SMDAgent/temp/em_installations/last_installation_execution.)

I went to CA willy  Enterprise Managers administration it shows nothing if i change to intern shows screen like below..

Please suggest me how to proceed....

It's hard to see from the screenshots and information you have provided what is the cause of the problem.

In Step 3.1 you should see a detail view below the table listing the connected EMs. Check the values there. And yes, the Admin user (password Admin89) should be defined for the connection. I'm guessing the SMDAgent installation hasn't been succesful. You should installa EM as Standalone, only once. Remove all EMs if required and install only one for the default ports 6001 and 8081. If you are unable to remove the Agent because it is in use, also remove the managed system and start from Step 1.
