Hi All,

I need to know what are the additional knowledge do SAP Basis guys need to administer the SAP CRM systems. It will be very helpful if you can advice with some of the transaction codes or links , blogs which can help basis admin to administer CRM

CRM Basis Administration is similar to any Netweaver product. The links provided above will be a good startup.

However in CRM, you might be interested to be aware of CRM Web UI architecture as it will help you understand the product  better.

Thanks very much for reply. I will be helpful. But it is crm 3.0  and the version is of year 2002. Can you please help with some new version like CRM 7.0 or is this pdf is applicable to CRM 7.0 also.
