GRC10: Rule result missing from MSMP

Hi Experts,

We have created the custom initiator rule using BRFPLUS. However, when we maintain the MSMP workflow configuration, the rule result is missing from: Maintain Rules step in MSMP.

Can someone please advise how to resolve this issue?

Dear Mardelyn,

IN MSMP stage 2 'mantain path', You have select the row of initiator and add the rule result. It will not come automatically. You have to maintain it once in MSMP also. It will work.

Hi Nidhi,

We have manually enter the rule results("NEW ACCOUNT") and the trigger value descr as " New account" in "maintain rules" step at MSMP. However, when we proceed to generate the version, it promtp out error message "Initiatior Result 'NEW ACCOUNT' (Rule 'E/0050568701051EE29B83B822C077D268') not mapped".

Can  you please help?

Hi Merdelyn,

You need to map the Intiator rule result (here 'New Account') against Intiator and Path in Maintain routing step (Step 6 I believe). This is for routing the initiator with the correspodnig rule result to the respective path. If you have multiple rule result you have to maintain the it for all rule results.

Dear Merdeln,

Its a MSMP configuration problem.

Mapping between initiatir rule and path has to be maintained in the 6th strep of MSMP configuration.
