Create option on Home Page of ITSM

Hi,

How to bring 'Create' option in below shown screen.

I want to see create option & which should involve create' Request for change'

Where to configure this.

Hi Kumar

please note if you modify this for a business role it will impact all the users having this business role, so if you want to do that then it is ok & proceed with above steps

If this is only for end users then you  might be using a different business role like SOLMANREQU etc

so make sure as per req and then do the config.

Thanks I am able to bring the 'Create' option,  SPRO path as per below link

Check that Kumar,

On business roles definition, search for your B.Rol, the screenshot is for SOLMANPRO and change the order.

Here you can see the configuration of items allowed, and the actual ordear of each one on Adjust Direct Link Groups

To change the order, go to Navigation Bar profile

Select you business Rol assigned to your user and go to "assign direct link", there you can change position.

Hi Luis,

I didn't get you . But I tried checked the check box for 'IT-CREATE' & it disappeared from the list.

How can I bring back group id 'IT-CREATE'  in the below list.
