Error while creating Sales order-Derivation rule

Hi All,

I am coming across an error while creating a sales order for company 1000 IDES AG.

The error is  "ERROR OCCUR ED IN DERIVATION RULE.SEE THE LOG TEXT."

Also the incompleteness check pops up and indicates

"Missing data: Profitab. Segmt No." for item 10

I would be grateful if you could suggest any solution for this.

guys i got the solution its by changing the operating concern assinged to the controlling area to blank.

this can be done through the menu path in customizing as follows

spro-enterprise structure-assignment-controlling-assign controlling area to operating concern.

Dear,

This means ,You maintained as Profitability Segment required with the help of Incompletion procedure .

So ,when you are processing Sales Order ,you must be maintain this field .Click on that Field and select Incomplete Button after that will be lead to that exactly Field .
