Packing control not working

Hello

1.DN created for Sale order

2.Shipment created

3.DN assigned in the shipment

4.TO created and confirmed for DN

5.Now Packing not done

6.PGI done

6.Invoice(Billing document)created

Find below screen shots. DN item category contains packing control as "A"- Must be packed.

Let me know how system allowed to create billing document with out packing...where is the loop hole...where is the contol other than item category  packing control - "A".we need system should not allow invoice/PGI with out packing..pls advise

Hi Sek,

Can you check the delivery. There are 2 item categories. ZYTN- high level item cat. ZBTC is the other one.

I believe system considers the ZBTC and hence it didn't throw the standard message. Can you check if packing control is enabled for ZBTC as well. If not, can you please do that and try.
