Intrastat EU procedure

Hi Experts,

I am facing the issue of Intrastat report VE01- i want to know under what circumstances this data is to be capturedexport from one country to anotherwithin EU or outside EU and what is the configuration required.

I have done it with condition GRBR, but while posting the Invoice error is encountered for Missing Foreign trade data for matl--what is all data to be maintained-I have maintained "Comm./imp. code no."

Request to give detailed procedure.

See Note 1016386 - Intrastat for Romania. Although I am in Spain, it's similar. In this note you could download useful attachments (how to do, etc...). After depends of country (any country has tcodes for reporting: paper, file,...)
