What is the purpose of _SYS_RT,_SYS_XS, _SYS_SECURITY

Hi Experts,

   what is the purpose of _SYS_RT,_SYS_XS, _SYS_SECURITY schema's available in SP HANA SP05.

Hi Raju,

My understanding is:
_SYS_XS: For SAP HANA Extended Application Services. Here is link for your refence:http://scn.sap.com/community/developer-center/hana/blog/2012/11/29/sap-hana-extended-application-ser....
_SYS_SECURITY: Addtional repository of system objects or configuration related to SAP HANA security. So far, only used to control BLACK LIST of passwords. You can find this usage in page 28 of SAP HANA security guide:http://help.sap.com/hana/hana_sec_en.pdf

For _SYS_RT, no idea, just guesswork, it woudl be related to TEXT SEARCH.

Hi Vishali,

all the _SYS_* schemas you'll find are HANA's own schemas designed to keep data for different parts of the system (e.g. to hold the statistics data of the statistics server, the repository for modeller and development workbench, runtime objects for the XS engine and the modelled views, replication meta data, etc.).

- Lars
