BP not created in SRM

Dear Experts

We are synchronizing HR org structure into SRM using PFAL.  We have successfully synchronized the Org element.  When we are doing synchronization of positions system copied the position along with central partners.  However BP is not created.  Due to this the user is not able to create the shopping cart and we are getting the error message.

Hi Hari prasath,

This is a common issue sometimes thro' interface for some of the user the BP will not be generated.

Raise a SAP OSS message with the details.

Resolution: Delete the other relationship for the user in PPOMA_BBP and try to syhcronize with t.code: USERS_GEN  ,BP will be created.

I  had the same problem  i  did the above now it works

Also, please run the program HRALXSYNC with some selections criteria and check again.
