Activating VAS in ECC 6.0

Trying to confrim , we recently upgraded to ECC 6.0 from what I read I have to activate EA-SCM to enable the VAS functionality in customizing.

Can anyone confirm this ?

Yes you need to activate EA-SCM, refer below thread for the same issue.
