APO CIF

Hi Experts,

We are getting struck queues in APO queue manager (/SAPAPO/CQ)  for non APO plant .These stuck queues are holding alot of many other queues to process.Every time we have to clean /Delete these struck queues in APO in order to process the remaining queues.

I am not sure why the system is generating failed queues for the plant which does not exist in APO.

Below is the message in Queue manager.

Function module : /SAPAPO/CIF_STOCK_INBOUND

status text : Location does not exist for external location XXXX plant (Non APO plant)

And also there i am sure that no integration model is created for this plant in R/3.

Could you please through some light and help me to resolve the issue .

Thanks

Mani

Hi Mani,

Please check other integration models, if your non APO plants are part of those integration models and not part of integration models for plants.

Please let me know, if you find anything helpful with this.

Aso what all queues are getting stuck (i.e. planned order, sales order etc.)

Hi Sourabh,

Thanks for the instant reply .

But i still dont see any integration model in active /Available for this plant.

To answer your question we are getting queues with stock .

Since i can see it through Function module : /SAPAPO/CIF_STOCK_INBOUND .Please find the attchment for more details.

Hi Mani,

Did you able to resolve the issue, after checking CFM5 for non apo plants.

specially for stock integration models.

Please let me know your findings there.

It means somehow this plant is being used somewhere which is failing (since plant is not there in APO). Since it is APO inbound, you can check in ECC through CFM5. Or check manually all the CIF IMs, or the chain steps.

Hi Mani,

As Sourabh suggested, please check your integration models again.  Use CFM5 with plant = DE60, an asterisk in materials and all stock types checked.

If you can't find the offending IM, I suggest you open a message with SAP.

Best Regards,

Mike
