HR-SRM Org sync issue

Hi,

SRM 7.0

Iam facing a issue in HR-SRM Org sync.

Client has created a new position for a new joinee in HR. Process is PFAL is scheduled in background on daily basis. We have an issue here as below.

Position is assigned to the correct Org unit , but the CP is also assigned , but at future date. Client has made a mistake by entering the start date as 18.10.2013 instead of 18.01.2013.

Now how do i correct this , i have done the changes in HR as the start date as 23.01.2013 , but the changes are not pulled to SRM. Also strange thing i noticed is BP has not been created for the (CP) user.

Any light on solving this issue would be highly appreciated.

try to check tables HRP1000 (validity periods of HR objects in SRM)

HRP1001 - Links and assignments.

or just a transaction PP01
