8D report Problem

Dear Sap,

   We have an issue that while creating a notification we put Long text & Short Test in Reference Object( in Subject ), which given below in screen short.But when we display the 8-D report we only able to see the short text not long test. Why so?Please explain what could be the reason for this.

Dear Asif

  I Check in IDES, both short text and long text is comming for  8D Report.

Check with your ABAPer and put in Debugging mode and compare with IDES.

Hello,

     What are the points to be cross check for this problem.Because i am able to see the long text  in 8-D report in production server, But the same not in Dev server.I checked with ABAP for both server for any variation , but its showing same.So what may be the problem that long text is not comming in Dev server.

Dear Sap,

     We are facing the problem in above mention screen, When we put Description in long text & Short text in subject column and save it, then but when we see the 8D report in that only the short test is seen not long Text, that to in some notification.Why its so?is it depend on status of notification or its should be visible in all status?Reply fast for above issue.
