license for SRM-ASN (Ariba Supplier Network) integration

Hello All

We are having licenses for SAP SRM and SAP portal. Does these license would be valid for adapter which we will use for SRM-ASN (Ariba Supplier Network) integration?

Hi,

    Any license obtained from sap.com is valid only for sap products. For example, if you apply license  for SAP Netweaver product, then it is valid only for your SAP Netweaver product alone not for any other softwares connected to this system .

If ASN is part of SAP SRM product(If ASN is installed as a ADD-ON in SRM product) , then the license is valid.

Hello Atul,

As a prerequisite to install and confgure the Ariba Network Adapter for SAP NetWeaver PI, you need:

•    A valid, configured Ariba Network Buyer account.

•    The Ariba Network Adapter for SAP NetWeaver archive file,  available from Connect (http://connect.ariba.com).

•    An Ariba Network supplier relationship, including an ANID-to-Private ID mapping.
