Time out while opening SCS from SLD

Dear Team,

I get 500 connection time out error when i open scs from SLD url of my ce 7.31 05 after importing the standard SCs to sld.

As per the advice from the below discussion forum, I am raising this discussion here.

Hii Shamila,

Have you done any patches to SLD, Please check the developer trace any applications not able to start error.

and also the notes Note 1388143 - CMS update fails with IO error: Read timed out and

if this not resolved just moved this thread to https://scn.sap.com/community/netweaver-administrator, you may get more guidance and get fixed soon,
