Hi,
Can anyone explain me in detail what are the KPI's that will be looked at in implementing SAP APO.
Madhusudhan,
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are defined by the business community at the client. Each company is unique; and has different KPIs they consider to be important. In addition, no two companies define KPIs exactly the same. APO can in turn provide solutions for specific business problems. These solutions may or may not improve the results of your specific client's KPI measurements.
Here are a few common KPIs supported by APO

In a project, you can determine from the client which KPIs he uses; and which ones he thinks are important. Once the scope of the project is settled, the consulting company and the client can then speculate together which of the client's KPIs can be expected to change.
The consultant is typically not responsible for improving KPIs, the consultant only provides the solution specified. In the end, only the client's successful execution of the new solution will change the KPI measurements. It is usually unwise for a consultant to set expectations for KPI improvement; let your sales people do that.
