"Attempted to read or write protected memory" error in exporting a Crystal report

Running SAP Business One 8.82 (8.82.069) PL:06 HOTFIX2

Crystal Reports 2008 12.5.0.1191

When exporting a Crystal Report into Excel, I get the same error which has been reported any times:

Title: Crystal Report Windows Forms Viewer

"Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt"

I have seen old threads dated 2011 which I understand were resolved by installing SP3, but we have the latest version of Crystal Reports for SAP Business One.

Could someone explain to me (in laymans terms) how to start exporting again because this user is unable to export this particular report now. The same report can be exported to Excel by other users on other workstations.

Thanks,

Ajay Audich
