No replenishment order generated when we click propose firm receipts

Hi,

We are executing customer collaboration and after manually entering planned receipts when we click on propose firm receipts the system gives an  warning message "No replenishment orders found for location XX, product YY and means of transport 0002.

Please let us know the setting required to generate Replenishment order from planned receipts in RR monitor.

Have you created replenishment service and assigned to your location?

If not then maintain it:

Path: SPRO >> Supply Network Collaboration >> Replenishment Planning >> Planning Services >> Define Replenishment Service Profiles

We have already maintained the settings as below for Replenishment service profile and assigned.

Path: SPRO >> Supply Network Collaboration >> Replenishment Planning >> Planning Services >> Define Replenishment Service Profiles

Plg off set hrs: 48

Replenishment method: 2 Net-Demand-Based-Replenishment

Pl.Rec.Storage: 2 Store Planned receipts as Planned Replenishment orders.

SPRO >> Supply Network Collaboration >> Replenishment Planning >> Assign Settings >> Assign Settings for Replenishment Planning and SNI

BP: Customer

Location: Customer

Product: XX

Replenishment planning service; As defined above

TLB service: YY

Secondly, the system populates planned receitps when we click propose planned receipts but when we click propose firm the system a warning message "No replenishment orders found for location XX, product YY and means of transport 0002" in the RR details - Product view.

Please do let us know if we have maintained the correct settings or in addition to above we need to maintain any further settings.

Hi Ashir CK,

Once you proposed the planned receipts you should save the planned receipts then click on propose firm.

Yes, we saved and then clicked on propose firm receipts. We are still getting same warning message.

Can you create planned receipt on today or tomorrow then save it and try to publish the firm receipts.

After saving planned receipts go to "due list" and create RO.

Now check whether you are getting any error.

We are able to create RO manually from the Due list without any errors. Secondly the note is already applied as we are on higher patch level.

Hi Ashir CK,

Can you maintain Planning offset and planning Horizon to zero hours and check.

If still you face issue which means there some issue with Publish firm service.(SAP bug)
