Hello
I have the following case in SRM 5.0 Clasical extend scenary:
The procurement process is as follow:
1 Create a Shopping cart, and authorize the shopping cart,
2 Create and send bid invitation for the vendors,
3 Create the bids
4 Accept the bid
5 Create the purchase order from the winner bid.
The problem is when a vendor doesn´t delivered all the quantities of material.
I need to return the undelivered quantity from the purchase order to the source area of the buyer in order to create another bid invitation and follow the next steps in procuerement process 4 and 5.
It´s possible to make this?
How can do this?
Thak you for your comments.

Hi
Go to the PO change mode: ME22N .tick the delivery completed indicator .PO is closed.
you can send the fresh bid invitation for fresh quote.
My suggestion:
why are you again wasting time in the bid process which takelong time
in the same PO you can increase the time and get the required qty

Hi Joel,
A Shopping cart item can be converted to only one PO's item. So, If you want to order the remaining undelivered quantity of SC, create a new SC and follow steps 1 to 5. Or the buyer should interfere here and should create an RFx for the remaining undelivered quantity. But in the latter case, you cannot find the PO formed in the follow-on documents tab of the shopping cart, as this po is no where concerned with the shopping cart.

Karthik

Hi
As per me need to modify PO qty ( same as delivered qty ) so that SC status shows open qty which is undelivered
