Public bid surrogate response

Hi Team,

I'm on SRM 702, creating a public bid and publishing it.

As a bidder I've created a general bidder for publication purposes.

We are not using SUS or portal nor offline bidding.

I'm trying to use the response on behalf as the bidders i'm registering set as surrogate bidders.

The problem is that the response on behalf is not available for use.

Hi,

One can do proxy bidding using Purchaser.

As well check, if "PERMIT PROXY BIDDING" is flagged for bidder.

All of the above was already checked and set but still the option to 'response on behalf' is not active under Responses and Awards - Response Activity in the RFx.

does you bidder have a contact person?

This is mandatory for Surrogate Bidding.

put a break-point in /SAPSRM/IF_CLL_MAPPER~REFRESH method from /SAPSRM/CL_CH_WD_DODM_BEV_A class.

In Bidder Data you have to select Allow offline bidding check box also
