Problems in TO cancellation in LTOG

Hi,

I have created a TO with LT03 and confirmed it. I want to cancel it with LTOG  and there its prompting to select a line item of that delivery. When i am selecting line item an error is coming "line u selected cannot be selected'.

Can any one tell me whats the problem?

Hello,

Please check whether goods Issue is reversed or not.

If not, then reverse same using VL09 and try LT0G again.This will make delivery cleared and finally you can delete the delivery if would like to.

Also if there is a lock symbol on it (while selecting delivery line) then check the following:

-Any open transfer order

-No stock available.

-Open Inventory doc (LX22)

Does it have a lock symbol on it?  Also are you using the Delivery view or TO item view in LTOG?

If TO has any handling units then you can not cancel the TO.Can you please attach the screen shot.
