Hi gurus,
We plan to set up 2 SolMan service desks: one at customer site, another for VAR support site.
1) With SolMan 7.1, should we use 2 different transactions type for each site? for example: Customer use the type SMIN, and VAR support use the type of SMIV? In that case, will we face with any problem when we want to synchronize message status among 2 systems?
2) Do we have any documentation guide for synchronization settings?

yes, both TR used, you can map it while configuration.
