RFC needs to activated always when the server is restarted after shutdown

Dear Experts,

Following is the problem we have encountered every time when there is shutdown in the Data Center. Most of the scenarios are designed as RFC - PI - SOAP. In this type of scenarios we always need to activate the RFC when the server is restarted. It does not start on it own after the restart of the server. Only when the RFC are activated the scenarios starts working. Can anybody help to find out what the problem is and how to fix it.

Thanks

Regards

Hi,

Whenever Java system is restarted then the JCO RFC Provider Service will try to connect its Destinations to the configured SAP gateways until they will be registered successfully.

In your scenario, it could be a program error. I am not aware of the product versions you are working on however you can check this note 1125101 if it is applicable to you.

Note 1125101 - JCo RFC Provider Service startup sequence failure
