OS process monitoring in solution manager 7.01

Hi All,

I am trying to configure alerting for os processes through solution manager 7.01. I have followed the steps described in sap note 451166. But after restarting both the saposcol & CCMS agent, I am not able to see the MTEs for the processes that I have mentioned in *procmon.ini file. I have to monitor ccms agent processes. Is there any clue , how to troubleshoot the issue.

Is there any alternative way to monitor the CCMS agents, means I want to get alerts when ever any ccms agent is getting stopped. Kindly suggest.
