Realign/Copy is giving error

Hi

we are trying to use the program /SAPAPO/TS_REALIGN_COPY , we are using the Copy application from this and created a variant accordingly

in the copy table part we have selected the check box to load file from server , we have given the file name from the app server accordingly

when we run this in background we are getting  messages as below, but however when it is run in a dialog mode, it runs fine when tried second time.

Error in row 1: Planning area  does not exist

There are no copy steps

The copy table steps are not created. Can anyone suggest what needs to be done here, is this a bug or is there a specific file format need to be generated first to load.
