AC v10.0 SP 10 : MSMP Request Submission Error

Hi Everyone,

I am facing the Usual Item '0001 error during the request submission. Following are few logs from SLG1

Logs from MSMP Process Versions :

Following troubleshooting steps have already been done :

1.) Request Reason is made non Mandatory

2.) Confirmed that Object Id 'LTXT' is maintained

3.) Assigned SAP-All to WF-Batch User

4.) Re-Performed all the Post Installation steps

Hi Mayuresh,

The problem is in MSMP configuration.

In second step of your MSMP configuration, you define rule result for your initiator rule.

On sixth step of msmp configuraiton, you have to map this rule result to actual path that you have created. Currently system is not able to find any path correcponding to rule result 'New Account Creation' .

Hi Aman,

I have re-configured the path in Step 6 and also ensured that the Rule for the corresponding initiator is mapped in it. What I failed to understand is the same error at configuration level is not displayed in

Step 7 while we Save/Simulate and activate the Process versions.

Note : I have also re-checked if I am using the same Id as displayed in the Function in BRF+ rule and the function is activated.

Thanks Aman,

The issue was resolved. The problem was in the Rule Result text. In the BRF+ i had maintained everything in small text and when i defined the the same in MSMP it by default made it to capital. When i changed the BRF+ to all capitals it worked.
