1st of all the hierarchy can be created in all the three types of views. But the hierarchies created in Attribute or Analytic Views can not be consumed in calculation view. According to me, the reason behind this might be the SQL and MDX conflict. Any hierarchy created in HANA can only be consumed by the MDX script and it can not be consumed by t-SQL.
