I'm Applying the Sap Note 329537, but this sap note has the Sap Note 798544 as pre-requirement. I can't dowload this note(saposs) nor upload(from desktop) this note in snote transaction. So I can't change the status of this note in snote transaction.
In the past this note was applied manually.
So at moment that I will apply the note 329537 then the sap call the sap note 798544 and I cant move foward.
Are there other way to set the status of this note as irrelevant without download the note?
Looks like you will have to download the note into your system somehow.
Please follow the instructions of this help page :
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/6a/15ef3957fd0a1be10000000a114084/content.htm
The 1st and 2nd step will help you to setup the RFC connection to download the note into the system.

Hi
-We can download other notes normally.
-We can do download of this note 798544 in others environments (different

- Strange sign, sap note 798544(correction Instruction 120031469
370422) has status "Can be Implemented" but this note has validity range
SAPKB64003-SAPKB64011 and we are on SAPKB64013.

What problems are you facing while trying to upload the note via desktop?
If this note has been implemented manually earlier, you could try out the report
SCWN_REGISTER_NOTES with this note number and check if that helps as it can register the note as implemented or not relevant, depending on the system.

The messege:
"Cannot copy changes for objects of this type"
when I click on Help(F1) show :
Message no. SB319
Changes can be copied for source code objects only (report source, function
modules and screen flow logic). Any changes that you make to other object types
(including function module interfaces) have to be copied manually.
Maintain this object manually in the appropriate object editor.
