a notification to be triggered for audit plans to be executed

Dear All,

I have a requirement as client has asked for a notification / intimation through mail when a audit date approaches.

scenario: i have a audit plan to start at 01.04.2013. I have created an audit and plans and list of questions. Now how can generate a mail/notification that will goto the lead auditor intimidating him that on 01.04.2013 there is an audit  that needs to be executed.

I have to design the process as per sap . So please provide a feedback into this.

Hi,

While you are in transaction PLMD_AUDIT, follow menu path Extras->Plan notification. Here, you make settings for a background job PLM_AUDIT_REMINDER_01. Create a variant for the job and schedule the job periodically. Test and see.
